Stadtmuseum Trostberg

Spread over four floors and an atrium, Trostberg's town museum covers the history of the region: prehistory and early history, middle-class home life from the 17th to the 20th century, farm life, crafts and local industry. There are also historic edged and firearms, flags, helmets, shooting targets, toys, folklore and sacred art linked to the palace chapel. The purpose-built museum of 1937 to 1939 has 35 rooms and around 22,000 items on show.
