Stadtmuseum Pößneck

Three historic buildings on the site of a Carmelite monastery founded 700 years ago make up this town museum, with monastery walls, town wall and timbered parlours still part of the tour. The story runs from Pößneck's first mention to the present, told with multimedia on a circuit starting at the covered courtyard. Look out for the Pferdehimmel, the Black Kitchen and a walk-in advertising column.
