Schlesisches Museum zu Görlitz

Four historic buildings in Görlitz's old town make up the complex that presents the history and culture of Silesia. In the Schönhof, part of the original 1526 sgraffito façade survives, protected by the glass roof over the courtyard. Renaissance paintings decorate ceilings, walls and beams. A multimedia presentation tells the story of Silesia. The museum opened in 2006.
