Römermuseum Obernburg

Finds from the Roman fort at Obernburg and its settlement fill this museum close to the Main. A town model at the entrance shows the area's topography in Roman times. The showpiece is the large collection of stones on the ground floor, including inscribed stones and fragments of Jupiter giant columns. A reconstruction of such a column stands outside.
