Muzeum Vysočiny Třebíč

Housed in a former Benedictine monastery that was rebuilt as a château in the 16th century, this regional museum shows collections of nativity scenes, tobacco pipes, Moravian moldavites, minerals and rocks. It also covers the history of the Třebíč area, its crafts and its mining. Further exhibitions are held in Moravské Budějovice, in the château and the old Butchers' Stalls, and in Jemnice.
