A puppet museum in Plzeň tracing the history of Czech puppetry. You will see hundreds of puppets from past and present, among them the devil Beliál, the pride of the collection, Spejbl and Hurvínek, who were born in Plzeň, and Jiří Trnka's puppets, including the Good Soldier Švejk and a samurai. Puppets from the Divadlo ALFA collection are here too, and in the museum theatre you can try handling different kinds of puppets yourself.
