Muzeum Energetyki w Łaziskach Górnych

Set in the old switching station of the Łaziska power plant, this museum traces how electricity is generated, transmitted and used. Exhibits include high-voltage switchgear, a wartime steam turbine, a prewar biogas engine, measuring instruments, household appliances, bulbs and valves. A highlight is an Edison bulb brought from Rhodesia, where it burned until 1970.
