Muzeum Českého lesa v Tachově

Set in the grounds of a former Franciscan monastery in Tachov, this museum has six permanent exhibitions. They cover the old monastery refectory, local history up to 1945, the Tachov area in the later 20th century, the folk culture and the nature of the Bohemian Forest, and a hands-on Living Museum. The collection spans twenty subcollections in the humanities and natural sciences.
