Museum Zeitroas

On 300 square metres, this regional museum in the middle of Ramsau am Dachstein tells the story of the village. Mountaineering and the opening up of the Dachstein area take centre stage. Further rooms cover the Reformation, Counter-Reformation and secret Protestantism, hunting and alpine wildlife, and the settling of the remote high plateau. Children are guided by Klaus the museum mouse. The museum is run by volunteers.
