Museum im Ritterhaus

A neoclassical manor house from 1784, once the seat of the Ortenau imperial knights, now holds Offenburg's local museum. Its collections range from city history and archaeology to geology, natural history, ethnology, hunting trophies and religious folk art. The museum itself dates back to 1900 and has been in the Ritterhaus since 1959.
