Isergebirgs-Museum Neugablonz

This museum shows what the Iser Mountains looked like, how their people earned a living and what shaped their culture, with textiles, glass and jewellery at the centre. It also tells the story of the expellees from the region, using the costume-jewellery town of Neugablonz as its example. A 1954 VW Beetle recalls Ferdinand Porsche, who was born in the Iser Mountains. The voices of three natives of the region guide you through the rooms.
