Grenz-Dokumentationsstätte Lübeck-Schlutup

This former customs and border police building stands at what was the northernmost crossing between West Germany and the GDR, and now recalls the division of Germany. Traffic to the ports of Rostock and Rügen, local border traffic and ordinary travel into the GDR all passed through here. It sits right on the old inner-German border and can be reached along the Iron Curtain Trail.
