Flugplatzmuseum Cottbus
Cottbus, Brandenburg
On the southern part of the former Cottbus airfield, 20,000 square metres of open ground hold aircraft, mostly from East German stocks, along with some former NATO military planes. Ground-service equipment, air-dropped weapons and vehicles round out the collection. An indoor exhibition with equipment, model aircraft and armament covers the region's aviation history.
