Die Klingenschmiede

A forge museum you are invited to touch. Run by the Mosdorfer company, whose roots go back to 1712, it explains with models and hands-on stations how a blade is made, from raw material to finished product. A small armoury shows historic sabres and other blade products, another room traces the company and family story from the 16th century to today, and photographs recall local social history.
