This museum in Hilden focuses on the history of medicine and of local industry. It is named after Wilhelm Fabry (1560–1634), the surgeon born in Hilden who is regarded as a founder of scientific surgery; his birthplace lies only a few hundred metres away. A Fabry collection has been part of the town's museum holdings since its early days.
