Wallfahrtsmuseum in der Wies

Beside the Wieskirche, this museum traces the history of the pilgrimage to the Scourged Saviour. It occupies the former priory and pilgrims' hospice, dating from around 1747. Displays include documents of the brotherhood, the first miracle book of 1746, a painting of the transfer of the miraculous figure, a processional figure and votive pictures.
