Muzeum umění Olomouc

This art museum follows the visual arts from the earliest times to the present, drawing on nearly 200,000 items in its care. It is spread over three separate buildings, the Museum of Modern Art, the Archdiocesan Museum Olomouc and the Archdiocesan Museum Kroměříž, so old, modern and contemporary art are each given their own home. Long-term displays are joined by changing exhibitions, and each show is accompanied by a catalogue or publication.
