Münchner Stadtmuseum

Munich's city museum tells the cultural and recent history of the city, mostly through its own collections, which it regards as the material memory of Munich. It occupies the late Gothic buildings of the former municipal arsenal and stables on St.-Jakobs-Platz. Permanent displays show how the city has seen itself in the past and today.
