Komponierhäuschen von Gustav Mahler

Gustav Mahler withdrew to this small hut by Lake Attersee from 1893 to 1896 to compose. It is now a little museum with six wall displays covering his chronology, his years at the lake, nature and the Wunderhorn songs, the building of the hut, and his second and third symphonies. Multimedia elements complement the display, which has been here since 1985.
