Keramikmuseum Bürgel

Bürgel is a potters' town, and its ceramics museum stands in the heart of the old centre between Töpfergasse and Kirchplatz, right beside the church of St. Johannes. It began in 1880 as a model collection for the pottery trade, showing local Bürgel wares alongside pieces by outside masters and factories. Today it is devoted entirely to ceramics.
