Joachim-Ringelnatz-Museum

This museum in a historic half-timbered house opposite Ritzebüttel Castle is devoted to the poet and painter Joachim Ringelnatz. The permanent exhibition shows manuscripts, books, photographs, drawings, watercolours and oil paintings. It also looks at German history in the early 20th century and the road to National Socialism, which struck his work. An audio guide is available for children and teenagers.
