Historisches Museum Gotha
Gotha, Thüringen
Housed in the west tower of Friedenstein Palace, the museum has presented the history of Gotha and its surroundings since 1928. Its collection grew from two local history societies and private collections, including costumes, uniforms, weapons, furniture, porcelain and prehistoric finds.
