Erstes Deutsches Türmermuseum

Inside the Vogelturm, a gate tower from 1466 on the market square, this museum is devoted to the tower watchmen of the Upper Palatinate. Across three floors it shows what their duties were and what their daily life looked like. Opened in June 2000, it is the first museum in Germany on the subject.
