Domschatz- und Diözesanmuseum Eichstätt

This museum on Residenzplatz shows church art from the Eichstätt diocese. Its core is the Christian art collection of Father Sebastian Mutzl, later joined by major pieces such as three medieval tapestries of the Walburga legend and the Faber altarpiece. Parts of the museum occupy Baroque rooms above the mortuarium.
