Bürgerhaus von 1752

This typical townsman's house from 1752 was restored over five years, finishing in 2007, and is furnished as it was around 1880, when the Kallmeyer shoemaker family lived and worked here. Two dwellings flank the central hall, and there are an open smoke kitchen, a cow stall, and in the yard an outhouse and pigsty. It shows daily life in a craftsman's family that also kept a little farm.
