Archäologische Sammlungen der Universität Graz

On the second floor of the university's main building, which opened in 1895, this collection brings together original finds of ancient pottery and plaster casts of classical sculpture. Most of the holdings date back to collecting in the 19th and early 20th centuries. Rooms set aside for the purpose give a compact look at the classical world, and the collection also serves university teaching.
