Motorradmuseum Ibbenbüren

In a former village school in Ibbenbüren-Lehen you will find more than 170 motorised two-wheelers, from the 1950s NSU Quickly moped to the heavyweight Münch Mammut 1200 TTS. The focus is on early machines, pre-war models and the boom years of German motorcycle building, with makes such as BMW, DKW, Horex, Maico and Zündapp. Panels give each bike's year and technical quirks, and manuals, spare parts, helmets and old riding clothes round it out. The private collection dates from 1978.
