Fränkische Galerie

In the former commandant's building of Rosenberg Fortress, remodelled by Balthasar Neumann in 1730–33, this branch of the Bavarian National Museum shows over 200 works of art. They are spread over 13 rooms on three floors. Many pieces come from the collection of the Bamberg drawing teacher Martin Joseph von Reider.
