The old smithy of 1879, where Wesseler tractors were built from 1936 to 1966, now shows the tools and machines of Westphalian farming. Displays cover the mechanisation of farms between 1900 and 1960 and the development of the tractor up to 1970, and one exhibit looks at the forge fire. Visitors can try out some of the pieces themselves.
