Regionální muzeum v Mikulově
Mikulov, Jihomoravský kraj
Housed in Mikulov's castle, this regional museum covers the natural history and human settlement of the Břeclav area. Its collections trace how the landscape and its people developed, and go back to local enthusiasts who began gathering them early in the twentieth century. It makes a good introduction to the region before you explore the town.
