Muzeum Velké Meziříčí

Set in the chateau of Velké Meziříčí, this museum has an unusual strand alongside town history, notable natives and natural-history collections with minerals: an exhibition on roads and motorways, including the D1 and D2. Visitors can choose a Museum tour or a Chateau tour with period-furnished interiors. The museum has been in the chateau since 1948.
