Villa Koliba in Zakopane was built for Zygmunt Gnatowski, an enthusiast of highland culture, and now tells the story of the Zakopane style. In its oldest part the salon, dining rooms, bedrooms and the first owner's room are arranged according to their original uses. The interiors were designed by the artist Władysław Hasior, and the museum has been open since 1994.
