Bytové muzeum Jubilejní kolonie

This model flat in the Jubilee Colony shows how better-paid workers lived in Ostrava in the late 1930s. In the stairwell you learn the colony's history, then step into a flat with a hall, flush toilet, living kitchen with pantry, and bedroom. Every exhibit dates from the 1930s, and some you can touch or try out. The visit takes about 40 minutes and entry is free.
