Stadtmuseum Lindau

On the market square of Lindau's island stands the Baroque townhouse Zum Cavazzen, built in 1729–30 for a merchant family after a fire swept through the town. Inside you find objects tracing Lindau's civic history, in a collection that was redesigned and reopened in 2025. The house itself is worth the visit.
