Regional-Museum Sehnde

In the former horse stable of the Rethmar manor, this museum presents the regional history and everyday life of the area now forming the town of Sehnde. It focuses on the historic region known as Das Große Freie and on potash mining. Maps, books, flags, trophies and traditional costume show how landscape and people changed over the centuries.
