Muzeum porcelánu v Klášterci nad Ohří

Inside Klášterec castle you can follow porcelain from China and Japan through the first European attempts to later Czech production. The collection comes from the Museum of Decorative Arts in Prague and numbers around 12,000 pieces. The location is no accident, since a porcelain factory was founded in the town in 1794. The display also traces the fates of the original owners of some pieces, victims of the Holocaust.
