The Villa Medica in Rhede traces how medicine and pharmacy developed in the 19th and 20th centuries, with a focus on life in the countryside. It occupies a villa built in 1923 as the family home of textile manufacturer Bernhard Harde. Among the displays is the original interior of Rhede's former Hirsch pharmacy. Until 2025 the museum was called the Medizin- und Apothekenmuseum.
