Bitterfeld-Wolfen, Sachsen-Anhalt
Local history from Bitterfeld and its surroundings is collected and shown here. The core goes back to 1892 and to Emil Obst, who had been gathering documents and objects from the area since 1876. The museum stands on Kirchplatz and has a library that has grown to some 10,000 volumes.
