Heimatstube Barleben

A small local history museum in Barleben, housed in a two-storey timber-framed house from 1801 just behind the town hall. It began as an outbuilding of a farm, and its plain half-timbering, strong corner braces and gabled roof still shape the look of the street. Since 2003 the local heritage society has used it for exhibitions on the history of the village.
