Gemäldegalerie Dachau

Around 200 paintings and a few sculptures trace the story of the Dachau artists' colony, from its beginnings in the mid-19th century well into the 20th. The gallery sits in the old town, opposite the town hall. A rooftop terrace high above the old town's streets is a pleasant extra after the pictures.
