Burg Clam

This rock castle stands on a wooded ridge above the market town of Klam, with one side falling steeply to the Klam gorge. It is first mentioned in records in 1142 and is still the home of the Clam-Martinic family. The setting in the Lower Mühlviertel is a good part of the appeal.
