Ziegelei Lage

This fully preserved brickyard made bricks from 1909 to 1979 and now shows how it was done. Twice a year the machines are started up, and visitors can watch bricks being made or try it themselves, with firing in the traditional Hoffmann ring kiln. A small house you can enter shows how families lived while the yard was working.
