Westfälisches Schulmuseum

Five hundred years of school history unfold across five eras, from the early days through the Empire, the Weimar Republic and the Nazi period to after 1945. The museum occupies a school building from 1904/05 in Dortmund's Marten district. Special displays cover early education for girls, arithmetic teaching aids and textbooks, and the changing look of school furniture. A historic classroom is part of its educational programme.
