Weserburg Museum für moderne Kunst

Modern and contemporary art fills four former warehouse buildings at the western tip of the Teerhof, right on the Weser. It was set up as a collectors' museum: rather than a permanent collection of its own, it shows private collections in changing displays. The neo-Gothic gatehouse that gave the Weserburg its name dates from 1897-98.
