Some 30 hectares of woodland by the Lech invite you to explore on foot how a forest works. The floodplain trail and the treetop walk run through riparian forest between the road and the river, while the mountain forest trail climbs the slopes of the Schwarzenberg on the other side. The grounds straddle the border between Füssen and Pinswang, at a former border checkpoint. The Lechfall waterfall and the Weißhaus hydropower plant are close by.
