Stadtmuseum Villach

Villach's city museum is housed in the former Palais Crusiz, whose core dates from the 16th century. The building has arcades in the courtyard, a Renaissance portal from 1530/40 and a stretch of the old town wall with a reconstructed wall walk. The museum goes back to a collection begun in 1873.
