Stadtmuseum Lahr

This museum tells the story of Lahr in a former tiled-stove factory built in 1896. The basement covers prehistory, the Roman period and the early and high Middle Ages, while the ground floor runs from the late Middle Ages to the 20th century. The factory made around 3,000 tiled stoves a year until 1957, and the industrial building is part of the visit.
