Städtische Galerie Nordhorn

Contemporary art is the focus here, shown in two pavilions in the former weaving mill, designed by the Irish artist Stephen Craig and offering about 460 square metres. An art school on site runs programmes for children, young people and teachers. The gallery also helped launch kunstwegen, a project placing art in the countryside around Nordhorn, including Jenny Holzer's Black Garden.
