Rosenburg mit Falkenhof und Falknereimuseum

Birds of prey fly freely above the Altmühl valley at the Rosenburg, where guided demonstrations feature eagles, vultures, owls, falcons and kites. You can walk round the castle grounds for views over the valley and visit a museum on the castle's history and on falconry. A beer garden and restaurant in the courtyard make a handy stop.
