Muzeum Regionalne w Wągrowcu

The museum sits in the Opatówka, the 17th-century residence of the abbot of the Wągrowiec Cistercians. The history display runs from prehistory to the present, with guild keepsakes, shooting-fraternity and scouting memorabilia and views of the town, plus a section on the Cistercians and Father Jakub Wujek. Elsewhere you will find folk culture of the Pałuki region, with furniture, tools and folk art, and galleries of contemporary painting and amateur sacred art.
